# Form Templates

### Create a form using template

1\. Go to form explorer.

2\. Click on the new button.

3\. Select a category, then click the Preview button.

4\. Click on the desktop, mobile, or tablet button to see the form on different devices. Click ‘x’ to close the form view.

5\. Click on Create button, and wait for the form to load in the form editor.
